About These Terms

These terms set out the basis on which Vestwise provides its services. Vestwise is a pension information and personal document organisation service operated from 264 Mittraphap Road, Mueang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand. By booking or attending any Vestwise service, you agree to these terms.

Please read this document before booking. If you have questions about anything here, you are welcome to contact us before confirming your booking.

Nature of Our Services

All Vestwise services are educational and administrative in nature. Specifically:

• The Friendly Pension Briefing is a general information session explaining the layout and vocabulary of pension and retirement documents. It is educational only and does not constitute financial, investment or any regulated advice of any kind.
• The Personal Paperwork Organising service is an administrative service focused on physical and digital filing, labelling and indexing of personal retirement records. No document content is assessed or acted upon and no recommendations are made.
• The Long-Term Learning & Community Membership is an ongoing informational membership providing access to group meetings, plain-language guides and a community discussion group. No individual advice is given and no claims are made about financial outcomes.

Vestwise does not provide financial advice, investment advice, pension advice or any other regulated advice. If you require regulated advice, you should consult a qualified, appropriately authorised professional.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when Vestwise has sent written confirmation by email. Fees are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. No additional fees will be charged without your prior agreement.

For home visit services, confirmation includes the agreed date, time and address. Please notify us promptly if any details need to change.

Fees and Payment

Current fees are set out on our website and in our written quotations. Fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include all preparation, delivery and follow-up correspondence associated with the service. Payment arrangements are agreed at the time of booking.

Vestwise reserves the right to update its fees. Fee changes do not apply to services that have already been confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than five working days before a scheduled session: no charge and a full refund if applicable.
• Cancellations made between two and five working days before: a rescheduling credit will be offered. A refund may be provided at our discretion.
• Cancellations made less than two working days before: the full fee may be retained, though we will make every reasonable effort to find a mutually suitable alternative date.

If Vestwise needs to reschedule or cancel a session for any reason, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Community Membership

The Community Membership is offered on a rolling annual basis. Membership may be cancelled at any time by giving us written notice at [email protected]. No further fees will be charged following cancellation. Refunds for unused portions of a membership period are provided at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Conduct at Sessions

Vestwise sessions are conducted in a calm, respectful and non-pressured environment. We ask all participants to treat fellow participants and team members with courtesy. Vestwise reserves the right to ask any person to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Vestwise provides general educational information and administrative support only. We do not accept any responsibility for decisions made by participants on the basis of information provided in our sessions or materials. All financial, pension-related and investment decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the individual, and we strongly recommend that anyone requiring advice on such matters consults a suitably qualified and authorised professional.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vestwise's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that service.

Intellectual Property

Session materials, written guides and other content produced by Vestwise are our property. Participants may use materials for their own personal reference. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Website Use

Our website is provided for general information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current but make no representation that all information is complete, up to date or free from error. Use of the website is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be noted on our website.
