Personal information is stored in password-protected systems accessible only to Vestwise team members. Paper records, where held, are kept in locked storage at our premises and are not removed from the building except for the purpose of a scheduled home visit.

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to deliver the service and respond to any related follow-up queries. Enquiry records not converted to a booked service are typically deleted within six months. Records relating to completed services are retained for two years and then deleted.
