Every Vestwise service begins from the same position: the person in front of us knows their own life and papers better than we do. Our job is to bring document knowledge, patience and a structured approach — not to tell anyone what to do with their retirement savings.
Before any session or home visit, we have a brief conversation to understand what the participant is hoping to get from the service. We use that to shape what we focus on, which means sessions are never generic run-throughs of standard material — they are tailored to the questions and documents actually in front of us.
After each service, printed notes go home with the participant and a follow-up correspondence window stays open for questions that surface later. Our aim is lasting clarity, not just a good session on the day.

Friendly Pension Briefing
